"SOAR stands for Student Online Achievement Resources and provides state-specific assessments based on the Standards of Learning Objectives in Math and Language Arts for students in grades 3–12. Students can visit www.SoarAtHome.org to take initial assessments that look just like the SOL multiple choice tests and get instant feedback on their strengths and weaknesses. The program leads participants to tutorials and practice quizzes to help you help your child in areas of weakness." When registering, you will be asked information about your family military connections. This is because the program is designed to assist students from all areas. Choose OTHER if you are not affiliated with the military.
